These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website wakandasystems.com and all related products, platforms, and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Wakanda Systems (trading name of EdgeLabs Limited, registered in Zambia, hereinafter “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@wakandasystems.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without our written permission.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property displayed on or through the Services are owned by or licensed to Wakanda Systems. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Services & Consulting

Consulting engagements, software subscriptions, and custom development projects are governed by the specific proposal or service agreement provided to you. In the event of a conflict between such agreement and these Terms, the specific agreement prevails.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in USD and may be converted to local currency for convenience. The amount charged is determined at the time of invoicing.
  • Payment terms are set out in the applicable invoice or service agreement.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing contracts are honoured at the agreed rate.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wakanda Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wakanda Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
